For those of you who have encountered this issue,I am sure you will appreciate this quick fix 100% guaranteed to solve the issue.
1.Delete all the Virtual Router files manually,admin permission req.
2.Then go to "services" tab and find virtualrouterservices,doble click,copy the "sevice name"
3.Then run cmd "admin".And then type the following exactly [ sc delete "Virtual Router" ] and press enter.
4.This method can be used to delete any undesired service,but you will need to keep the quotes wrapped around "service name" if the service name has a space in it.
5.After you have done this reinstall from downloaded ".exe" file.
