Connection Strong, But "No Internet Access"

description

Everything is running, both devices that I have tried to connect say that they are receiving a full signal (Windows 7 HP Laptop, HTC EVO 4g LTE Cell phone).
 
The issue comes where both devices can not actually connect to the internet. I went to the other laptop (HP) to try and troubleshoot but to no avail. I am using an ASUS Laptop that is running "Virtual Router".
 
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

I don't know it is as designed or not but user need to manually enable services (TCP Ports) from ICS (Internet connecting sharing) from Local Area Connecting property (that connected to Internet) at sharing tab.

Hello, I ran into the same problem and I have found a fix myself: The Firewall on your computer is blocking access. Deactivate it or chnge the settings and It will work fine.
