I have downloaded it, and yet it will not open.
 
I have Windows 7 Home Edition 64 Bit.
 
When I attempt to open it, I get this error:
 
There is a problem with this Window's Installer Package
 
A DLL is required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your local support personal or package vendor.
