I'm using this with a Sierra Wireless USB881 Connect and a Dell E6500 laptop. Works great. I originally tried Connectify but it just wouldn't work. Was pulling my hair out in frustration when I found VirtualRouter and thought I'd give it a try. Works great with almost no configuration effort.

Works for me running on a Acer Netbook and connecting with an iPhone 3GS. Hope it will work in an hotel.
