Created Issue: Can not start - WMI error in event log [22145]

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

What's wrong here?

Application is currently acting as a WiFi repeater using a DELL i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz laptop receiving two bars of signal from a Linksys WRT54g running DD-WRT firmware. Serves up client connectivity with password logon. Provides connectivity to LG 670 running Android with no lag or drop, even while streaming music and video. Highly Recommended

Whenever I wake up the computer, the Virtual Router app crashes and I need to restart it.

Hy, i got the same error...

it's strange, because i used perfectly Virtual Router fora couple of week , and now, the message "virtual router can not be started" appears....

and i can't use it anymore.

I have changed nothing on my computer..only the normal windows update.....

can anyone help ??

all of your trik didn't works.....

maybe a fix can solve that point ?

UMTS tethered from Android mobile via USB to Windows 7 Home Premium notebook HP 620. Thanks!

If you use the Cisco VPN client, don't install "Virtual" "Router" (it's not even a router (or virtual for that matter (all access points are just hardware running software))).

Anyway, my VPN client is totally screwed. I can't do anything to make it connect. If you need a wireless access point do yourself a favor and go spend $35 at Walmart.

I was able to get ConectifyMe to work just fine. But I would prefeer to use Virutal Router. I like the non-comercial aspect of CodePlex programs. I showed up as being connected, but none of my network traffic seemed to be routed to the Dial-up connection.

Does anyone know if this is just an issue with the Beta .9 version?

I didn't take the time to check routing table entries or to perform an Trace Rout commands. Has someone already come up with the basic troubleshotting steps?

Rated 5 Stars (out of 5) - VirtualRouter worked immediately, once I'd opened the Virtual Router app from the system tray, set a password and hit the start button. Simultaneous connections from 2 iPod Touch devices work fine. Spectacularly good!

First, excellent project. Really cool and useful.

I've set it up on a Win7 Home Premium SP1 and it definitely works. I've connected my iPhone to it via Wifi which will be helpful in some hotels where my iPhone won't connect to their wifi but Windows will. I like to download podcasts over wifi so I don't blow up my data usage.

However, when I try to connect my new Nook Simple Touch, it doesn't connect. It finds the SSID, I see the MAC of the Nook on the Virtual Router console, it tries to get an address, but it then says unsuccessful getting address on the Nook and disappears from the Virtual Router console.

Any ideas on things to try? Known issue?

Running Windows 7 64 bit. The connection succeeds and seems to be broadcasting and my phone and sister's laptop both detect the connection. However as soon as I input the information the connection disappears. I have tried installing and uninstalling, restarting computer, and messing with settings mentioned by others on these forums ( solutions to other problems). I am at a loss at this point and would appreciate any help. Thank you
