I thought I'd give some positive feedback. I first tried Virtual Router on a Win7 netbook using an Atheros AR5007EG wireless adapter. The code works but the power output of the adapter is too tiny to get anything to connect, even up close. Then I tried it on
a Win7 PC using a D-Link DWA 552 11n adapter with three antennae. It works great and produces a powerful signal, several orders of magnitude stronger than my neighbors. This is really high quality WiFi! This text is written on my netbook connected to the DWA
552 on wireless connection 2. My Internet connection comes from my neighbor at 130 MHz 11n on wireless connection 1. My wireless printer connects seamlessly to the Virtual Router!
I have been using ICS to connect my Xbox 360 and another computer using Ethernet cable. I have not yet discovered how to maintain both ICS with Ethernet and with virtual WiFi. There seems to be some issues with adapter bridging.
Keep up the good work! I love it!
