A very neat program, but I don't use it everyday, so I don't want it to start whenever I start my computer.

You can turn off autostart by clicking on the Start-->Search Programs and Files and typing in "msconfig" then hit [ENTER].  Under the Startup Tab, uncheck Virtual Router Manager.  After you reboot, it will not autostart.  I put a shortcut on my task bar to start the application.  This application works great for me.  I'm deployed in Afghanistan and my internet provider has a single login for my account.  I use this to make my laptop a hot spot for my iPad and iPhone so all can be connected simultaneously.  Works great!  Kudos to the developer.
