i am always getting limited connectivity on my mobile(android).........pls help me resolve this issue......:)

similar with my nokia N8, I can ping from laptop (Lenovo X220 with W7 64bit) to nokia but cannot browse Internet  (or to upload sportstracker etc. ) f !!!!rom nokia even I switched off laptop firewall ..

QUESTION:

Is virtual router capable to set correct IP configuration in connected mobile???

Or should we use some dhcp server on laptops? 

Any help from experienced Virtual router user will be highly appreciated.

20.6 I uninstalled Virtual router, set internet connection sharing bz few clicks and run bat:

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=VirtualRouter key=12345678

netsh wlan start hostednetwork

and it is working. No virtual router software is needed.

hello there! i also was having limited connectivity on my android device.
i have McAfee plus antivirus which is having its own firewall. i disabled it and was able to use full internet on my device!

but the antivirus shows me the message - you are at risk

can anyone help me how to put this program into the exception list of McAfee plus antivirus.
