I am using the "Virtual Router" with my home internet and its working fine ;)

But when I use it in my university with a proxy server, it seems not working.

My devices connected with the router but noting happened; no browsing. :(

Any suggestions?

The device that you are using the Virtual Router (like notebook) and the other that you use to acess the new wi-fi must have the proxys configured. Did you do it?
